  • Service information: If you begin services, additional information is collected within SimplePractice, our secure client portal (see below).

  • Site usage data: We use Squarespace (and its built-in analytics/cookies) to understand aggregate site traffic and performance.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.

  • Schedule and administer services you request.

  • Improve our website and communications.
    We do not sell your personal information.

    This site uses Squarespace analytics and cookies that may collect device and usage data (e.g., page views, referrers). You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.

SimplePractice

  • If you receive therapy services, your intake forms, telehealth sessions, billing, and superbills are handled in SimplePractice, a HIPAA-aligned platform. SimplePractice maintains its own privacy and security policies. We use SimplePractice to store and manage client records and payments for therapy.

Email is not for emergencies

  • Email and the contact form are not monitored 24/7 and are not for urgent issues. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, call 988, 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Data sharing

  • We share information only as needed to operate the site, respond to your requests, comply with law, or protect safety and rights.

Your choices

  • You may request that we update or delete your contact information by emailing kristenjoycelmhc9@gmail.com. Records related to services may be retained as required by law and professional standards.

Children’s privacy

  • This website is not intended for children under 13. For family programs involving minors, parent/guardian consent is required and records are maintained in accordance with applicable laws.

Security

  • We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
