A Life of One's Own - Marion Milner (aka Joanna Field). Marion Milner undertook an experiment in the 1930's to identify, explore and document the little things in life that make her happy. This book is the journal in which she did this work and shared the positive outcomes she experienced.

Yale’s (Free) Positive Psychology Course - Yale’s free course on positive psychology strategies to increase happiness. This is an interesting and engaging course that you can do on your own at whatever pace you’d like full of accessible tips and tricks for increasing your happiness.
PositivityRatio.com - This website is the compliment to the book Positivity, by Barbara Fredrickson. It features a self-survey to measure positivity so that you can see a change over time with the use of skills.
The ADHD Dude - The ADHD Dude is a therapist and educator who’s created a program to support parents raising children with Executive Functioning Disorders such as ADHD. He has lots of online content for learning, including a free ADHD Parenting Playbook.
AuthenticHappiness.org - This is the webpage of Martin Seligman, founder of the positive psychology movement. It includes posts about new positive psychology research and many self-surveys to identify strengths and strengthen happiness.

Insight Meditation Timer - is a free app with meditation timers, soundscapes, guided meditations, dharma talks and sleep stories.
DBT Diary Card and Skills Coach - This app has been a favorite for over ten years. You can use it to track your emotions, behaviors and skill use in a diary card and it also suggests skills to use to dependent upon what you need support with. This app costs $5.
DBT Coach - This app provides diary cards and coaching on which DBT skills to use in different circumstances. This app is free but includes in app purchases.
Calm - This app has options for membership (annual membership is $70) and has everything anyone could want in a mindfulness app. Guided meditations, courses, challenges, sleep stories, soundscapes, etc.

The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos- Laurie Santos is the creator and educator of the free Science of Happiness Course at Yale. The podcast mixes scientific research with expert interviews and relatable stories to teach listeners how to improve their own experience of happiness in their lives.
Where Should We Begin? with Esther Perel - Esther Perel is a couples therapist known for her revolutionary perspective on how to make relationships work by approaching therapy with a less traditional idea of what relationships “should” be. She’s written books such as Mating in Captivity and The State of Affairs : Rethinking Infidelity and offers a number of courses on her website.
The Problem Solved Podcast - This is the podcast of the influencer known as TherapyJeff and his collaborator, both therapists who answer people’s questions by sharing lots of helpful information about mental health, relationships and self-care.
